    Jeffrey A. Plotkin, Esq
    Senior Risk Advisor

    Jeffrey A. Plotkin, Esq

Jeff Plotkin is a licensed attorney. Prior to joining Licata Risk, he represented claimants in their Social Security disability insurance claims, preparing the case and traveling nationwide to advocate for his clients in front of an Administrative Law Judge.

This has helped him learn to navigate risk assessment and insurance. As is required in court, Jeff is able to plan various sorts of strategy, foresee what the next step is, and spring into action, helping his clients save money and obtain what is due them time after time.

Jeff brings many important traits to the plate, including an incredible level of attention to detail; he understands that a simple comma in the wrong place may cause chaos for a client. He assists both clients and his colleagues with various contract matters, including interpreting and revising complicated drafts. He counsels clients on issues including contract interpretation and negotiation, risk assessment, arranging true market competition, and more.

Jeff is a proud graduate of Brandeis University and Suffolk Law School. In his free time, he enjoys reading, traveling, ballroom dancing, and spending time with his dog.

LicataRisk Advisors is an independent risk management and insurance consulting firm. We are not brokers and we do not sell insurance. We are not connected to any insurance company or product in any way and do not receive commissions. This is an important difference as you will have an expert on your side who is only committed to you.

Licata Risk is not a law firm and does not practice law. General advice and contract input by the consultants, including those who are attorneys, is to provide insight into the risk and insurance aspects. Your attorney should be the final authority on any legal matter.
